How to add comments to the wire

Usually I using a very simple method: just double-click in the block diagram, and then put some text. Then comment looks like this:
Here another method which I haven't seen before - add description to the wire (just right click):
then in the following window just add the description
And then you will see it in the context help window:
Advantage - description always linked with wire. Disadvantage - you can't see description on the block diagram, just in the context help window.
